1、 Receiving the bidding document, we assess and assure to satisfy customers' requirements. Signing the contract, we organize engineers in time to resolve and make sure the technical specification.

2 、We select conformity contractors and quality control and inspect strictly according to quality assurance system for original materials and fittings.

3 、Being responsible for customers, we organize conformity contractors to manufacture high quality fittings according to the requirements of technical and financial proposal.

4 、 According to the requirement of the customer, we will provide in time technical specification and other documents concerned of mating equipments for a complete set with our product.

5 、The transformer's performance ability and technical parameters are completely fit for and superior to GB standards.

6 、If there is any oil leakage because of manufacture after installation and working in 3 years, we will settle the problem free of charge (for oil immersed transformers only )

7、 If there is any quality problem or malfunction in key parts of the product during manufacturing , which is unfit for requirement of contract or technical specification, we will repair or change without preconditions. If there is any quality problem during installation , we will do our best to meet the project schedule, settle the problem first, then analysis the responsibility.

8 、During the process of manufacturing product, welcome to our company for supervision of manufacture and testing, we will provide convenience thoroughly.

9 、Providing top quality post sales service. Free of charge for direct of installation, assembly and testing at site. After the product is in working, as required by the customers, our personnel will get to the site in minimum time (in 24 hours).

10  、We have set up the regular visit system. Our company will visit the customer at regular intervals in written form or getting to the site especially for the working product.
